Heavy news from the Gulf sends me to the Tibetan Living and Dying class which is swelling. I had cancelled all thought of holding my Taller Ixchel, the Poetry In Paradise workshop for Chicana/Latinas in Isla Mujeres, Mexico this summer sensing that this would be an exceptionally bad year for hurricanes. Tibetan Death class, a good thing indeed.
